Idk, there’s something about Studio McGee’s designs that bother on a deep level. Tbf, this is one of the nicest I’ve seen, but as soon as I looked I recognized before reading because they are off in the same way.
Hate the ladder and how tiny the couch looks compared to the table, but I do love the ceiling and the colors.

I don’t see any wine or anything that makes me think wine.
With all the wood, heavy furniture, leather chairs, the rolling library ladder (that is just there so you can get to the bourbon), the many bottles of delicious bourbon, and the bowl of matches…. This ain’t no wine room, it’s a fucking cigar room. I’m sure there’s a wine cellar somewhere on the property, but this room surely is meant for other purposes.

The description mentions temperature control in the adjoining bottle room. If all the glass doesn’t have UV coating though it’s a stupid place for long term wine storage.

I have a weird issue with the functionality of the ladder. It feels like you can’t easily access the items behind it, but then if you slide it out of the way to access them or if you need to access the bottles above the couch, the couch blocks it?
