For me, the colors are nightmarish. Maybe okay for a nightclub, but not for a home. But, if the owners like it, more power to them.

They can call it a sitting area, but I’d refer to it as a pass-through-quickly. I do think the red could be nice as an art deco type thing, but it’s what they did after that that makes me want brain bleach.

Taste. So much taste! Interior design is very much a personal choice. Don’t let anyone else tell you otherwise. But there are elements of design that do exist. That’s a fact. Open a college ID text book. And this picture highlights those. I think it looks great!
