Most of this kitchen remodel has been fixing all the tinybullshit that annoyed me in our old kitchen.
Our old kitchen had the disposal and plumbing installed dead center inside the cabinet. No room inside for any kind of pullout storage at all.

We did our kitchen the opposite way. My wife insisted on having the garbage disposal opposite the side with the drain and dishwasher hookup. So we went with the absolutely no space under the sink method. Haha

I’ve got an apron sink that has the drain in the top right like that, I’m pretty excited about all the new space I’m going to have once it’s installed
