The layout is awful with the long line of couches. Are you making people wait for the doctor to come bring them into the office? Like so weird. View is pretty but not that pretty to have a long line of couches that isn’t practical whatsoever

I wish we could see the whole space for context. This living room could be huge with other seating areas designed for conversation and then this one solely designed for contemplating the view. These people obviously aren’t hurting for space or furniture funds.
