There’s like no way that view is real, right?

Gosh to be stupid rich with no care in the world…

Underwhelming curtains and light fixture for a room of this proportions, however.

  2. imagine having the best view in the world and then having it blocked by another building, which then literally takes your position as the condo with the best view in the world.

    Hopefully this was built after.

  3. I don’t think I could live that high up. That view gives me instant anxiety for some reason. Which is weird because I lived up on a steep hillside in a ranch with a big view of a downtown for many years. I once stayed in Chicago on the 30th floor of a hotel and had to close every curtain in order to sleep because the perception of height made it too hard to relax.

If I had $20+ million dollars to spend, I think I’d rather live a few miles out from the city, somewhere with loads of space and land and fresh air and have my private helicopter chauffeur me to work every day.

    And get some comfy sofas.

That’s a lot of clunky, uncomfortable-looking sofas. A light fitting that detracts from the view. And so much beige to match the personalities of the sort of people who can afford an apartment like that. Why are extravagantly eccentric people with wild taste so uncommon amongst the rich, despite them all actually having the means? They may be no more likeable but at least they’re interesting. This is more yawn than porn.

That furniture looks like it’s from the worst part of the early 90’s.

I don’t understand why the seating is so far away from the table. Where are you supposed to put your drink?

I feel like I should like this. But it feels cold and soulless, almost corporate, like no real humans live here. It’s the wrong scale for human interactions, too—big and barn like, not cozy at all.

  9. Are you sure there’s not a hint of my Ai chatbitch involved

The furniture, décor and colors looks like something that my parents would adore.

I love this view and do not mind the building, which is beautiful in its own right and enhances the depth of the view

Great view. Love seeing the top of the building. Those sofas look sooo uncomfortable.

She has a fun jnspiring instagram but her actual work always disappoints in a boring bland way

Can’t wait for some billionaire to buy it and never live in it, just hold for value. Surely this is the best use of the scarce real estate in the most desirable location in the world!

The city has to get this shit straightened out

Looks like a dated, but expensive, hotel room.

That building is quite obstructing for such a great view otherwise

The tones are immaculate, I looove it.

Imagine having this much money and not having the slightest bit of taste in furniture or interior design.

That sofa and soft blue is pure GENIUS! The color with the sky is brilliant. The coffee table is reflective of the buildings of the skyline, layers. The art deco vibe of the furniture reflects the building in the window to make everything fit and blend. DO NOT get me started on the light fixture!!!!!!!! That gold and bulb of the light fixture matches the building in the window and is like the moon or sun hanging in the sky! WHO IS THE DESIGNER THAT DID THIS! OMG! Does this designer have a blog, website, Pinterest. The more I look at it, the more I am blown away. I am not a designer or anywhere close to those things either. This room was just so well done!

edit: After continuing to stare at this room, I noticed the title with the designer‘s name. I was so drawn to the photograph that I did not read the title til now.

  20. I’m confused why that large couch has its back to the view… I would have though turning the furniture 90 degrees would allow comfort and views. Put the two poufs against the window side, couch to the right.

Does anyone know what type of plant that is? Do we think this is real/alive or faux?

  22. Three tier coffee table? Eh not a big fan of that.

  23. drinkwater1990

All that money and not a single comfy chair, what’s the point

If you look carefully, you can see Dana’s apartment building from Ghostbusters
