Beaujolais rosé, great quality price wine, a 100% Gamay from a high altitude plot. It has this slight reductive nose, nothing too bad for natty fans though. A very fresh and crisp rosé, with notes of citrus, raspberries and roses, and a tasty acidity on the finish. A perfect summer rosé, it worked out well paired with a ratatouille. Ducroux is a classic natural producer, his wines are dirt cheap and always great to taste.
