Had a bottle of this a couple of weeks ago and just had to get myself a magnum. Tim Wildman’s first British Pet Nat as part of a project to revive the German hybrid varieties that were planted in the 70s and 80s. 21 different grapes, with Madeleine Angevine making up the majority. Best pet nat I’ve ever had. Fizzes like a bubble bath with strong notes of orange and apricot. More refined than a lot of pet nats I’ve tried but without compromising on bold, juicy flavours. Only made about 1500 750ml’s and 400 magnums so might be a tricky one to get hold of, particularly outside of the UK, but if you can get your hands on one you won’t regret it.

Tim Wildman is a genius, need to get my hands on a bottle!
It’s a great idea and he’s a star for carrying it out. Not a bad wine either like you say! ✌️
