I am fairly new to the natural wine world. I am going to this restaurant tomorrow and wondering if any of these wines listed are a good natural wine option?
I’m interested in trying any, and all styles so I welcome suggestions on any of these!
Thank you!

Unlitro would qualify and would be a delicious crowd pleaser. Ampeleia is biodynamic and they’re very nice folks!

Seconding unlitro – a great option for most people!

I think Pray Tell in the reds section is legit. Haven’t had them but I’m fairly certain they fall under that category.

Ask your server or the sommelier – they are there to help you! Tell them your tastes (and also what food you are ordering) and they should be able to give you a great recommendation. They know this wine list much better than strangers on the internet 🙂

Damn, that’s a lot of wines BTG! High likelyhood that some will be oxidized in not a good way. Unless this is a really big place or use something like a coravin, I’d pick a few that seem interesting (and at your desired price point) and also ask if any of them are more “popular” because those will turn over faster. Picking options first will keep you from being suggested just the lowest price options though, as that is sometimes what “popular” ends up meaning.
