Treated myself to “The Mountain Man”. Purchased at United Winemaking Agricultural Cooperative of Samos. It hits different sipping in the place of origin.
All imperfections blew off after 5 minutes. Vibrant, brisk acidity, green melon and violet. € 11. I’ll definitely be buying more for the trip home. Cheers!

Looks nice, is there some mild effervescence to it or was that just how it sat in the glass? Also, are organic wines fairly common in Greece?
