Very impressed by this one. I see a lot of Las Jaras paid promotion on Instagram and always thought they were more into the social media presence than the actual winemaking.

I am really enjoying this Rosé – strong watermelon on the nose, tart cherry and rhubarb on the palate with nice bright acidity and a welcomed funk to the finish. This bottle has been open for three days now and the profile has really opened up in a surprising way. Really nice light pink color too with a bit of cloudiness.

This is the first wine I’ve had from Las Jaras, but I’d certainly be interested in trying others after this first impression.

I’m gonna get some hate for this, but I cannot support these wines. I just find them to be over-hyped, flawed juice, with zero finesse.

I’ve been a wine buyer for years and have been buying “natural” wines for well over a decade. There are so many “natural” wine makers who make clean and stable wines. Also, the importer used to support producers who I am happy to support. This is not one of them.

Having said all that, drink what you like.

I love this wine. So damn good. I agree with other that I didn’t love the other wine I’ve had from the producer. But I prefer to judge a wine by itself. And this wine tasted great to me.

I agree with most on the Las Jaras debate: they aren’t THE BEST wines, but they’re consistently fine/decent. I appreciate Las Jaras for helping introduce the masses to what natural wine can be/taste/look like, but theyre really just a gateway wine lol. There are a lot more wines out there to spend to spend your money on.

The 1st vintage of Superbloom was a fun one but the 2nd vintage we didn’t like. This 3rd vintage is immensely pleasant. This is our favorite release for this label!
