This shit is an insane wine. Grapes are 60% Syrah, 40% Lledoner Pelut (hairy Grenache?). Coming out of France, really south France. Here’s how it tastes:
– mulberry/blackberry – native yeast that isn’t overpowering – smells like concord with no sweetness – a spring breeze that makes you feel alive again after winter when you smell some flowers again for the first time and cry a bit unironically
we had a hard time coming up with real tasting notes. This wine is dynamite. Every sip leaves you wanting another. If you can ever find a bottle, absolutely buy one. Absolutely 10/10.
Also featuring my friends foot and an orange from Vivanterre which comparatively tastes like mountain dew now even though it was outstanding.

Haven’t heard of hairy grenache. I hope there’s a hairy carignan since it could easily be called hairignan. I’m a hairy guy and I love carignan so it would be the perfect grape for me.
Sounds like a good wine though. I’ll keep an eye open.
