Last night I didn’t know what to drink, I wanted something different! What to get then? Something from JURA! 🇫🇷 95% Chardonnay 5% Savagnin, passage in barrel “sous voile” for almost 48 months. The nose is multifaceted: apple, nail varnish (very fine, not intrusive), saffron, melted butter, hazelnut, flowers and hay. In the mouth a marked acidity supported by a fair alcohol content. A perfect balance of “hot and cold”!
