The La Stoppa (Trebbiolo) might be one of my favorite wines ever. So yeasty and so delicious. I served it to friends of mine who are unfamiliar with natural wines and they loved it.
Lambrusco is a classic. Without a chill I found it very buttery.
Elephant was delicious and dark. I really loved the jammy and dry taste on the palette.
Come Together is a perfect summer piquette! Great with a chill! Crisp and effervescent
