The massive drawers in the island are life changing (dramatic, but still). My parents did that in their kitchen update. It just makes so much more sense than shelving! They actually have zero shelves in their bottom cabinets and have zero regrets. They can easily get to everything and nothing gets stuck in the back.
Also, I sell countertops and your choice is stunning! I’m glad you decided on natural stone instead of a plain white quartz (which will likely not be trendy in a few years). Natural stone is just such a great option.

This is perfect! I love it. I love the backsplash, countertop and cabinets and really love all the thoughtful features like that amazing spice rack and the space to tuck away the coffee maker.

May seem silly, but what are your trash cans? Im trying to find good sized under sink cans. Also which exhaust hood did you go with?

Stools- 24” was too short for us. I found 26” option at Home Depot ,rush seat, that coordinated with my kitchen. About $100 each. I got backless ones.
