Low intervention/biodynamic vineyards do always just look significantly healthier than mass-produced/harvested vines.

Which vineyards were you at, assuming somewhere in either Hungary or Slovakia?

I recently visited Pian dell’Orino in Tuscany. Similar thing with their cover crops and a really beautiful garden at the front.

They also use willow branches instead of plastic to organise the vines, and in an experimental vinyard, they have no wires – they’re using maple trees to support the vines instead!

They put a lot of hard work into the vines and it’s apparent in the wine.
