It is always exciting to get your hands on a hard-to-find bottle from the west coast. A friend flew back from SF with this in his suitcase. A deep crimson colour that you can preview through the clear glass bottle. Red berries, cherry, black pepper salami, and rubber on the nose. It’s off-dry, and the alcohol is wonderfully integrated, making this the perfect wine to pair with bold, spicy food.

Def not a clear bottle my friend! But in the interest of learning. This bottle colour is actually called “dead leaf” and a clear bottle is actually known as “flint”
