Really pretty, and expertly done. But am I the only one who feels like these spaces feel devoid of a lot of personality without any wall art? Like that’s a lotta empty wall space

It’s possible they can’t or don’t want to add holes to this beautiful wood. However a grand mirror above the sofa, a larger more colorful rug and a few pillows and/or a throw would certainly cozy up the room.

Does anyone know why Australia in particular has an architecturally inclined culture? Between YouTube and reddit you could be convinced they invented the stuff. Interested to know if I’m just getting algorithmically biased or if they’ve made these types of expenses manageable for mid middle class. Or maybe they just have lots of classy rich people. Canadian rich people never really strike me as classy.

Oh yeah, let’s just sit in the room and look at blank walls.
The “kitchen” design is wonderful tho.
