A wine that is influenced by the traditional wine making of Cistercian munks in the area. Only 3 days maceration makes this wine very light in tannins, but is supported by a medium body. Smokey, almost pork cracklings, nose develops into more sweet fruity notes in the glass. Cranberry and cherry dominate the smooth and soft palette. Great wine, natty flavours with elegance, but could maybe use a bit more boldness.
