    Drystacked Waterstone tiles is smart. Part of why those tiles are beautiful is the pockets in the glaze. Doing a standard grout job fills all the pockets in and they don’t pop without the texture. We either mask every tile at a significant labor cost, it pick out the bigger pockets until they look pretty good. I’m stealing drystacked. Really smart.

    I’d love to see those horizontal light cans up in the soffits illuminated.

  3. Forgive my ignorance but should the tile spacing look like that? If that’s the style (I hope), I like it. Haven’t seen subway tiles vertical and not equally spaced and staggered, for a change.
