Recent drop from the iconic Patrick Bouju and brilliant up and comer Olivier Cohen. So excited to try these new vintages of some old favorites. Bottles specs in comments.

    Domaine la Boheme ‘Festejar blanc’
Pet-Nat of Chardonnay and Pinot Gris. Fresh, juicy, and structured. Super drinkable. Slightly floral with notes of apricot, green apple, and pineapple

    Domaine la Boheme ‘Festejar Rose’
Pet-Nat of Gamay. Super drinkable with notes of cranberry, red raspberry, and a touch of baking spice on the finish.

    Domaine la Boheme ‘Super B’
100% Gamay. Light/medium bodied juice bomb with tons of nuance. Notes of strawberry, and tart red fruit really show up. A little funky in the best way. One of my all time favorites.

    Domaine la Boheme ‘MOL’
Syrah/Carignan/Merlot/Cinsault/Muscat/Gamay. Lots of funk upon opening, but mostly blows off after a few minutes. Crunchy, medium bodied red with a little fizz. Red fruited with just a feint hint of spice.

    Olivier Cohen ‘Deferlante Rouge’
Syrah/Grenache/Carignan/Ugni Blanc. Light bodied with tons of tart red fruit, a slight saltiness, and just the right amount of acid.

    Olivier Cohen ‘Champ Traversier’
100% Cinsault. Absolutely crushable. Bursting at the seams with fresh red berry, and a hint of white pepper on the finish. This ones an instant classic for me.

Besides festejar, I’m actually disappointed with his white wines. I tried his GSM and Picapol and they were just too rough, too much vinegar, bouncing all over the place. But Mol was just 🫶🏻🫶🏻, simply wonderful!
