100% Garganega from volcanic basalt terroir of Veneto. 4 weeks of maceration give a deep amber colour to the wine. I love barrel aged oranges, and this one delivers. 8 months on oak gives a whiskey/congac quality to it. through the spirits you get to some fruity notes of oranges, pomelo and grapefruit. Karamel comes in at the end, with low acidity. It developed into more acidity and freshness after an hour or so. Beautiful wine!!
