I’m fairly confident those big doors are two 30″ ( maybe 36… hard to tell ) shallow refrigeration columns. Only a few manufacturers make integrated ( panel ready ) columns with two freezer drawers. Subzero has a new one with a smaller top drawer. If this is fairly new I bet that’s it.
Oh you mean the door to obvious other counter top and sink is a Butler’s Pantry…. sorry… half awake
