    Patrick Bouju Festejar Blanc
    12.5%ABV
    Chardonay/Tressalier
Texturally rich and structured. Big, orchard fruit flavors (green apple and peach) with a bright, crisp minerality. Super refreshing, drinkable pet-nat.

    Patrick Bouju Festejar Rose
    11%ABV
    Gamay
Rose pet-nat of Gamay. Ripe cranberry and raspberry up front with an interesting, but feint note of baking spice on the nose.

    Patrick Bouju Super B
    13%ABV
    Gamay
The only negative thing to say about this stuff is that theres simply not enough of it. I have feverish, frenzied dreams of gluttonously imbibing Super B with Bacchus himself, pulled fresh from never ending streams of beautiful ruby red. Light bodied/high acid Gamay with tons of tart red fruit and a certain charm only Patrick Bouju himself can conjure.

    Patrick Bouju Mol
    13%ABV
    Merlot/Grenache/Syrah/Carignan/Muscat/Gamay
Crunchy, medium bodied stunner out of southern France. Super fresh, with just a touch of fizz upon opening. Notes of blackberry, sour cherry, and currant lead to subtle hints of violet and spice on the finish. Glou-Glou to the max, yet brimming with complexity.

    Olivier Cohen Deferlante Rouge
    11%ABV
    Syrah/Grenache/Carignan/Ugni Blanc
Light bodied with tons of tart red fruit, a slight saltiness, and just the right amount of acid.

    Olivier Cohen Champ Traversier
    10.5%ABV
    Cinsault
Absolutely crushable wine. Plain and simple. Olivier Cohen’s stuff just doesn’t miss, and his latest 100% cinsault offering is no exception. Bursting at the seams with fresh red berry, and a hint of white pepper on the finish.
