Lovely vintage, a bit hot, but good to stand up to the lamb and the leek & celeriac gratin.
We also enjoyed a Cab Franc rose by Pearl Morissette. A young bottle but drinks deep, lot of fruit, and reminded me of a Susucaru Rosato

Food looks mighty delicious and the pairing is lovely. Julie Balagny is one of my favorite producers in Beaujolais so always happy to hear good things about her wines.
