I had to post this selection from a Catalonian producer I met today. Bottles matured 22 meters under the sea, some still with barnacles on them. Some of the finest wine I’ve ever tasted. Bottled dreams…. All natural.
Nice, did you notice anything specific about the underwater maturing?

Going to be in Barcelona next week and was hoping to get down to Tarragona one of the days. After seeing this, I’m even more inclined to make the trek.
