A great upgrade, but in the living room, why would you have your TV like that…. have you not heard of r/TVtoohigh ? The counsil would like a word.

Is this in Denver? That split level floor plan makes up like 30% off all houses in Denver. Or at least it seems that easy

What a smart idea! We have a sunken living room off the kitchen and had a hideous 80’s half wall rail just like that. During remodel of kitchen we had them take it out but I still worry someone will slide the end chair back too far and flip over backwards, great job with the banquette bench/ rail/ room divider!
