I think if you’re going to have this many picture frames of this heft and drama, you need a wall with height and the look to support them. I’m not sure what this room is — it almost doesn’t look residential? If you’re sold on the artwork, then I’d position only one max two small under each light.

I would seperate them more and mix up the length and height. It’s all mooshed together in a horizontal line.
