First Rioja I’ve had and was thoroughly impressed with how it opened up over the hour and a half it was drank. Very juicy tart and dark cherries right off the bat then mellowed out into some umami/mushroom, dark chocolate, and spices. I picked this up at Waterford Wine Merchants in Milwaukee. Which Rioja should I try next in the $30-$50 price range?
