I got this beautiful handwoven Persian rug for $150 (!!) on Marketplace and am having mixed feelings about it. Does it work in our space? Is it too big? *I can’t rotate it the other way* because it has a large patch of discoloration that needs to be hidden by furniture, so this is the only way it can go. Is it too busy? How can I make it more cohesive? Any and all (kind) suggestions welcome 🙂 Only moved in a couple of months ago so still working out the space.

I love it. It adds some much needed color to your space. I agree that rotating it might work better. I’d try that and see what you think.
ETA: I should pay attention. I see you said that you can’t rotate it.
