Not sure if this is allowed here. I’m a sommelier (WSET, CAPS) that is running a weekly event for wine lovers in Prince Edward Island, Canada. It’s called Sunday Funday, is a sort food demo combined with wine tasting all hosted by me (theatre and acting background combined with years working kitchens, bartending, serving). We taste three wines coordinated with the food, then I cook the dish in front of you before we finally taste each wine to see how it changes the profile. Often there are themes that allow for fun and laughter. Here’s a pic below of how I set up the seating.
