This was … not f’ing bad😆. From Garagiste in around 2021, supposedly ex-winery cellar and it did taste like it. Very fresh, great nose, yada yada.
Great from the pop, too, dinner was already on table when I ran to cellar (literally – told wife she was responsible if dog grabbed it🤨) and found this orphan that I’d forgotten about.
