I have tried and failed at hanging this hammock chair on my balcony for 3 years now. One of the issues I’ve been running into is the screws not driving all the way in no matter what drill I use. Can you tell if there is a support beam, or can you hang it without one? See photos of balcony/products for reference. The balcony is 6.5’x22’

Have you used a stud finder on the ceiling to check for the rafters? I’d find one, mark it, and slam two big (galvanized or zinc coated) lag bolts in there (pilot holes first) to secure the bracket you have in the pictures.
Do not hang this without finding a stud first, unless you want to break your tailbone
