About a month ago, I posted the first picture asking if my small studio apartment looked tacky, cause it just didn’t feel right to me. I took a lot of y’all’s advice and I am now a lot happier with the vibe of the place.
I got a new rug (this actually wasn’t by choice, but long story short, the old rug was ruined and had to be thrown out, unfortunately), a new side table lamp, new floor lamp, new curtains, new plant setup, swapped the neon sign for a small, hand-painted canvas, and ditched the half-realized gallery wall for some more aesthetically pleasing wall decor. I still have yet to figure out a good alternative to the ugly shoe rack on the door.
