I think that is a beautiful rug. I think a coordinating curtain would make it look more cohesive and tie everything together.

I like it, I agree with another poster that said a curtain would be great. I also think the black and white check blanket is too much of a different style and gives a cluttered visual. Maybe a single tone blanket with fun texture. And a floor to ceiling curtain that pulls in some of the rug color

I agree with another comment to center it with the couch. And maybe lose the gingham throw. I feel like those patterns are competing with each other.

Since the couch and side table are dark, it kind of blends together too much in my opinion. Also, the checkered throw is throwing me off. I would get a light throw and some light colored throw pillows to brighten it up some and as others said, center the couch and coffee table

The middle of the rug should align with the middle of the coffee table.

I like the rug! I’d love to see more of the space to get the flow of the room, but this might fit better than the checked blanket/throw.

The coloring is off from the ai blanket and pillows, I was trying to have it lean into the rug color.
