It’s a dessert wine much like Sauternes it should be fine and probably good chill and drink it with blue cheese or fruit desserts something like that.

That’s a sweet desert wine. Bergeracs typically are made from S. Blanc & Ugni Blanc & Muscadelle. if it was stored under 60 degrees it’ll be interesting to try. Sometimes i find aged sweet S. Blancs to be kinda medicinal, so if it’s not to your taste you can always macerate berries or kiwis or other fruit in them, or even use it for cocktails.
