Can anybody tell me what these countertops are? My realtor says they’re definitely quartz but my home inspector says they are most likely granite, but he can’t say for certain. I didn’t think to take a photo myself while at the home so this is the best photo I’ve got. Or if anybody knows an easy way I can visibly tell I will assess next time I see the home.
