Hi – I received these two wines, anyone know anything about them or have suggestions as to when to open? Now or wait (or too late already haha?) Esp the ice wine… not sure how long that was supposed to be aged
You would be very lucky if the Petite Sirah was drinkable. If the icewine was stored well it will probably still be delicious. No reason to age either one any further.
