Opened a 2022 Santenay 1er Cru Clos du Passe Temps

Very good already, good acidity, mineral, some texture coming in. Not a simple wine.

But clearly feels early. You can tell there's more coming.

Enjoyed it, but with that slight regret of not waiting a bit more
