Can’t change the tile, really don’t want to paint the cabinets but I feel like they clash with the floors. Wall color is awful but I just don’t know which way to go. Would not mind changing mirrors and/ or fixtures. This is a house at the beach so that’s why the boat picture. Obviously the floor mats should go. This one is a huge struggle for me. Thanks in advance for any helpful suggestions.

The cabinets are cooler than the tiles, but not too bad.
Consider colorful bath mats and towels.
Hanging some pothos by the windows and replacing your mats with one long runner rug using a cool-toned color from the boat painting. Maybe add some texture by putting some sort of warm-toned wicker or rattan decor. Right now its all pretty cold looking.
Capture one of the lighter blues in the painting for the walls (that complements the cabinet colour), and then upgrade the accessories such as the bathmats
Change the drawer pulls and cabinet knobs out for blue or clear glass and add a blue runner (Pottery Barn has some right now).
