Full flavor with a nice long finish and smooth mouthfeel. Notes of blackberry, plum, and tobacco. Medium acidity and tannins, curdles the saliva a bit. Less sediment than I expected for the age, but its present. Strawberry, rhubarb and shoyu on the nose. Super pleasant wine that's drinking at its absolute peak right now, will probably fall off if left on the shelf longer than another year or so. For a random LB marathon pickup for $19, I'd buy this again in a heartbeat!

This is my first truly pleasant Australian Shiraz experience. I love a stout central coast or French Syrah, as I'm a fan of bold, dry flavors. Anybody have other recommendations from this region I should check out? Let me know, cheers!
