We are almost done with our kitchen renovation, and I hate our blinds and the old wood window frame. For now, we cannot replace the window, ideally I’d want a big picture window. What do you suggest for window treatments? Wooden blinds? Roman shades? Leave as is?

Leave as is. It’s a lovely window with fabulous light! Looks like you have a shade on there, that you probably never use. I doubt that it needs anything. Lots of window treatments in kitchens are too twee anyway.
