
Now that the unwanted guest (a wall dryer after my upstairs neighbours flooded my kitchen) moved out, and the ceiling is certified to be dry again, I finally got back to cooking.
Chicken Cacciatore, made with chicken legs that I deboned before serving because I don't like sawing on some bony leg when I want to eat.
Soffritto, some garlic, red wine, crushed canned tomatoes. Added olives and capers to the reducing sauce while I took care of the meat.
Served with a nice creamy polenta.
