Original Corzetti dough is made with addition of vermentino grape. But since my local store did not have one I have added Whispering Angel Rose 2025 as it contain vermentino in the mix. Wine goes very well with this pistachio pesto and basil pesto pasta.

Wine itself is very fresh, easy to drink.
