Take down or get Different Design/Color.

I’d do a cute cafe curtain if needed for privacy

Looks more cozy with, plus added privacy

I’m not normally a valance person, but def keep it up. Looks great in this space

Keep it! It softens the window frame and gives some color.

Normally I’m a no on valences, but I dig this one

It hides the best part of your view. Get rid of it

Would only keep it if the window gets sunsets that blind you.

Take it down. For listing photos and showings, cleaner window lines usually make the room feel taller, brighter, and less visually busy.

Take it down. Looks nicer, and the next owner can think about about the window treatment they want

the valance is doing heavy lifting here, without it the whole window just feels naked and unfinished imo

    No. Roman shades/shutters. White

If it’s up leave it. Kind of makes it more polished for the time being. I think it screams empty house without, unless you have other decor.

Nope to that valance, but the shears would look nice.
