Based in the heart of the Beaujolais region since 2021, new winemakers Valentine and Stéphane Mathieu have successfully drawn out the best of their Fleurie terroir. The Valma estate spans 5.5 hectares and boasts superb vineyard plots (La Madone, La Chapelle des Bois, Les Labourons). The estate is enhanced by an intuitive and insightful approach to viticulture: conversion to organic farming in 2022, whole-cluster vinification with native yeasts, and aging in old barrels and tanks.
