Just rented a new place. This is a staging photo so all the furniture will be removed. I’m a newbie when it comes to decorating my own place. I already have a white tv stand, and I’m thinking of getting a couch, coffee table and a rug. Since the floor is very warm colored, I’m thinking of buying a gray couch or white rug with a rustic brown coffee table, but I’m haunt trouble picturing how it would look. What do you think?

I wouldn’t do a grey couch with those floors unless it’s a very warm- or neutral-toned grey. What does the TV stand you have look like? And what style(s) do you like?
Lean into the warm tones. I wouldn’t get a grey couch or white rug for this space. What about a beige or olive green couch?
If your tv stand is like an IKEA kallax style shelf, I’d consider upgrading to a proper tv console.
