Today, I've tasted wines from estate Abbet in Switzerland (Valais near Fully). It was just amazing! Wines were open since Tuesday but they kept all their flavours. Each cuvée was like a perfume : very intense aromas, amazingly balanced and with nice terroirs and vintage expression.

A point Wich was crazy : most of them were kept for more than 2 years in natural fermentation. I've also tasted a liquor wine with 10 years aging before bottling. A flavours explosion 💥
