Delicate nose to start, lemon tart, yellow apples, fresh kiwi, slate, soft floral undertones. Initially quite ressteainrd but after being open for half an hour it certainly started to show some character.
Much brighter on the palate, an immediate blast of minerality that holds through the finish. Waves of bright acidity that feel to be trading back and forth with a softer creamy texture. lemon pastry, Granny Smith apples, pears, tropical fruit. Bright and lively with some weight to keep this beautiful wine with balance
Overall a very fun bottle, also super strange flourish on the glass, I’ve never seen it before
