I would look into either shelves or wall art. For less damaging means there is stuff like displate or command strips/hooks. For shelves I personally would make them yourself. Homedepot has great deals around black friday or Christmas for start combo kits but you just need 2 tools to do this kind of work. Circular saw and a drill, buy some 1x6x8s and some brackets and you can have all the shelves you need. Also recommend staining the wood to make it look nicer.
