The Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of Clone 169 (southern side of the estate) and Clone 7 (northern side). There are roughly 14 barrels total of the Cabernet Sauvignon, with 12 of those being new French oak.

Got mine last week, the box and labels are atrocious but I think the juice is gonna be excellent.
